What is a typical Boot Camp like?
Running, jumping, punching, kicking, pushing, pulling, crunching, lifting.....
Every class will include a warm-up, cool-down, strength training of the major muscle groups and abdominals as well as cardio conditioning. No two classes will be the same! You will experience a new workout each time while perfecting a core set of basic exercises. There will be some light running. You'll be on a well balanced and planned out program to maximize your results and end boredom.
Each class is exactly 50 minutes, please arrive on time or be prepared for extra push-ups! |
What kind of nutrition information will you be providing?
Plymouth Fit Boot Camp is a big believer in "eating clean". No food groups will be left out and no fad diets. We encourage eating natural, healthy foods. We'll discuss ways you can make healthy changes to your diet and go over correct portion sizes. You will also be given meal tracking sheets. If you have specific dietary needs or health concerns we recommend a session with a certified nutritionist or dietician.
Do you offer refunds?
Only in special circumstances. You are expected to attend 2-3 boot camp classes a week to get the best results.
