Plymouth Fit BOOT CAMP is an intense 6-week fitness training program focused on getting results. We'll shake up your workout routine 2-3 days a week plus give you homework for off days!
Need to get in shape? Already fit but want to take your workout to the next level? This workout is for everyone. All exercises are modifiable and no one gets left behind, just be prepared to give 110%!
The cost of a 6-week session is just $23/week to be paid upfront. After your first session you pay only $19/week. This is just a fraction of what you would pay for a traditional personal training session, which is $40-$60/hour.
